Earlier this week I had been craving a gyro. My local pizza spot has a great and I love their tzatziki sauce. I had done a little research on how to make a "lighter" and weight watcher's friendly recipe and after a experiementing this is what I came up with...
Chicken Gyro:
- Boneless skinless chicken breast
- Cooking spray
- Greek seasoning, salt, pepper
- Flatbread or pita that has a 3 points plus value*
- 1 container of fat free greek yogurt, plain
- Lemon juice
- Fresh dill
- Fresh garlic
* I an artisan rosemary and olive oil flatbread

1) Season your chicken breasts with greek seasoning, lemon juice, salt and pepper then bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until your chicken is done
2) Mix 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt with about 3 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice (or more to taste), add fresh dill, fresh garlic, salt and pepper, set aside.
3)
